After all the adjustments have been completed, tighten the set screws of stand sliders by L-wrench. IN ORDER TO AVOID DAMAGES IN PARTS, DO NOT USE THE ELECTRICAL TOOLS OR TOO MUCH FORCE IN TIGHTENING THE SCREWS.

It is possible to use the lens as a fixed or as a variable device. In the fixed setup the lens is always in front of the projector, and the vertical expand for the 2.40:1 material, as well as the horizontal squeeze for the 16:9 material is done electrically by the projector or a video processor (recommended). In the variable setup the procedure for the 2.40:1 material is the same as with the fixed setup, but is this case the horizontal squeeze is done by moving the lens aside from the projector, and no further electrical processing is needed.

maintenance

Only use optically safe lens cleaning solutions and a clean, lint-free cloth for wiping the optics. It is possible to use mild solvent like alcohol to remove dirt or fingerprints. In order to clean the lenses from both sides, the bottom plate and the front element can be temporarily removed. Again, in order to avoid damages in parts, do not use the electrical tools or too much force in tightening the screws.
